If you are ordering a gift and want it sent directly to that person, enter their address in the Shipping Address area. We will ship the order to the gift recipient with a gift card naming you as the sender. If you want a personal message on the gift card, please send us that information by using the Contact Us page. We will mail the receipt to you. Gift recipients are provided our Return Policy.

Sizing~

To help with sizing we have photographed the mannequin we use for our website with a tape measure that begins at the shoulder. We always use the 6 month size clothing for our photos.

6 month fits 13 to 18 lbs
25 to 27 inches tall

12 month fits 18 to 22 lbs
27 to 29 inches tall

18 month fits 22 to 25 lbs
29 to 31 inches tall

Embroidery Information~

Embroidery Personalization is available on several of our Baby Tropic Gear products.

Add the embroidery option to the shopping cart when you make your selections. After you have submitted your order, please use the Contact Us page to let us know the name you would like embroidered and which font from the choices to the right.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for shipment.

We ship all orders to USA addresses via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation, with Insurance. We will ship your order within 48 hours. MOST orders are shipped the next business day. You will receive an email Shipment Notification the day we ship your order. You should receive your order in 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date. This estimate is based on the information the U.S. Postal Service provides and Baby Tropic Gear is not responsible for shipments taking longer than stated. Shipping charges are listed below. Return Policy~

In purchasing products from our website, by telephone, by fax, or by mail, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. Our Return Policy states:

You may return items purchased directly from Baby Tropic Gear for exchange or full refund of merchandise cost, within 30-days from the date of shipment. Items being returned must not be worn, laundered, or damaged in any way, and must have the hang tag still in place. Personalized items are not returnable. Gift recipients are given our Return Policy.

Our regular shipping and handling charges apply to reshipments. You must notify us prior to returning items. Be sure to send returns and exchanges via the Postal Service as other carriers such as United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx cannot deliver to our Post Office Box. It is recommended that you purchase Insurance for your package for the appropriate amount as Baby Tropic Gear will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Our address is P.O.
